A GOOD EDUCATION For All Children in Keresley
Staff and pupils at our sister school, Keresley Grange Primary Academy are delighted to have been judged ‘Good’ in every inspection category by Ofsted this month. Staff are particularly pleased with their judgement given the new Ofsted framework is much more demanding than it once was.
Mrs Penlington, who is a National Leader of Education, has created an inspirational
curriculum entitled ‘Language, Learning, Lives’ which places reading and story telling at the heart of children’s education. Mrs Penlington has been appointed by The
Futures Trust to lead both Keresley Grange and Keresley Newland Primary Academies to ensure that pupils at both schools benefit from her inspirational leadership and the high quality teaching and learning that she instils.
All of us at Keresley Newland are excited about the changes that are already making such a positive impact here in school.
